CVHHH hosts
a Bereavement Support Group every other Monday evening from 6 - 8 pm and every other Wednesday morning from 10 -11:30
am at the CVHHH office in Berlin. The group is open to anyone who
has experienced the death of a loved one. There is no fee, and anyone
may attend any session.
The goal of
the Bereavement Support Group is to provide a safe and supportive
environment for the exploration of changes brought to our lives
by the death of a loved one. The focus is to learn together how
to cope with grief, by receiving and offering support to each other.
The group is informal, and includes personal sharing of grief experiences.
Relevant handouts accompany each session; books and videos are available
on loan. |
